Tammy brings over 20 years of experience as an accomplished retail executive, with extensive leadership expertise in managing high-profile brands such as Disney, Royal Caribbean, Starbucks, and currently, Target.

A passionate advocate for community service, Tammy has led over 4,000 hours of service projects, leveraging the power of major brands to create meaningful impact. With a strong background in project management, she has served numerous nonprofits, including Habitat for Humanity and City Rescue Mission, among others. Tammy is driven to create change and lead initiatives that benefit both organizations and the communities they serve.

Originally from Canada, Tammy studied air traffic control at Georgian College before moving to Florida to become a commercial pilot. She now lives in the Charlotte area with her husband, Joel.
