Hello February: Building Community and Independence at Westmoreland Wheelhouse
Hello February: Building Community and Independence at Westmoreland Wheelhouse 🧡
February is officially here and Groundhog Day has spoken! Looks like we’ve got six more weeks of winter ahead. But no matter what the forecast says, there’s no slowing down at Westmoreland Wheelhouse.
As a nonprofit dedicated to supporting adults living with spinal cord injuries, Westmoreland Wheelhouse is a place where resilience, connection, and community thrive year-round. Winter or not, our focus remains the same: empowering independence and creating meaningful opportunities for the people we serve.
Winter Momentum at the Wheelhouse
While the days may be cold and snowy, there’s plenty of energy inside the Wheelhouse. This February, we’re continuing programs that promote confidence, mobility, and community support for adults with spinal cord injuries.
If Groundhog Day reminds us of anything, it’s that a little optimism goes a long way and we’re carrying that mindset into every program, interaction, and shared win this month.
Powered by Community 🧡
Westmoreland Wheelhouse exists because of our incredible community. From participants and volunteers to donors and supporters, every person plays a role in helping us build a space rooted in encouragement, dignity, and possibility.
Your support helps ensure adults living with spinal cord injuries have access to programs and resources that make a real difference today and for the long term.
